Welcome to Juanita Greenberg's, the latest venue to join our live music platform. This Charleston institution on Upper King Street has been serving up Mexican-ish food and good vibes for over a decade, and now they're bringing their casual, groovy atmosphere to the live music scene. The retro-cool spot combines the best of both worlds: authentic nachos, quesadillas, and big fat burritos alongside margaritas that'll make you want to dive right in. With seating inside and out, TVs for the sports crowd, and a dog-friendly patio where smoking is allowed, Juanita's has cultivated that rare combination of laid-back dining and energetic nightlife. Their acoustic performances and DJ sets fit perfectly with the venue's easygoing vibe. The music kicks off this Thursday, March 12th, when Hunter Feick brings his duo setup for a 9 PM to 1 AM set, mixing pop, indie folk, and indie pop. The following Thursday, March 19th, Grayson Lentz and Good Company take over with their duo delivering rock, country, covers, reggae, and jam band sounds, also running 9 PM to 1 AM. Check out Juanita Greenberg's venue page for their full upcoming schedule, and keep an eye on the live map to catch all the action happening across the Lowcountry. Andele, andele – the food's cookin' and the music's waiting.
